One of Bollywood’s most successful actors, Shahrukh Khan, has already signed three new movies for 2014. As he just released “Happy New Year,” he stars shooting his newest movie, “Fan,” but it appears that things had to come to a stop.
The cast and crew were spotted shooting for the upcoming by many onlookers and apparently things had to be delayed due to a fight on the sets. A spot boy and a security guard got involved in a violent argument while filming went on outside Mannat on Wednesday.
An insider stated that the fight resulted in a huge drama sequence.
“The film was being shot outside Mannat and every one was busy with the shoot and all of a sudden, the sets turned into a wrestling arena,” said a source who was on the sets. “There was this spot boy on the set who got indulged in a fight with a security guard present on the sets. We all had to intervene and stop the fight resulting into the delay of the shoot.”
A spokesperson for the production confirmed the news saying, “Yes, there was a minor argument during the shoot between two people. But it was amicably resolved.”
SRK previously described the idea behind “Fan” saying, “I liked the story of ‘Fan’ and it’s not like what has been mentioned on Twitter. I have never seen life from a point of someone who likes me. It would be very interesting for me to be on the other side. To be a fan, what does it mean felt like a good idea and it’s diametrically opposite to who I am so it would be very interesting.”
The actor started shooting for the film, but is keeping all the details under wraps. YRF is also constructing a replica of Khan’s Mannat home where they have his birthday scene for the film.
Khan will reportedly play a double role in the film as himself and a commoner named Rahul.
While he has worked with major actresses in the past, it looks like Khan is set to work with two new actresses.
During a press conference, the actor revealed some details about his next film, “Fan.”
“There are two girls in the film. It is a film where I don’t think you need a big lady star. it is cosy interesting, different film,” said Khan. “It is one of the challenging films that I have done in 20 years. We are still discussing as to how we can take it ahead. It is a story of a fan of a movie
